As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project teams to develop and implement project plans.
- Coordinating with project managers and teams to plan and sequence work activities.
- Managing project budgets and assisting in change order management.
- Scheduling testing and inspections requirements and resolving issues.
- Preparing and implementing project QC plans and monitoring document controls.
- Assisting with punch list and warranty processes.
- Communicating risk mitigation plans to the team.
- Implementing CK's safety program and promoting a safe work environment.
- Managing incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in construction.
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or commensurate experience.
- First Aid/CPR certification and OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to complete).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
