Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated ballet or dance instructors for Gymnastics.

Duties
- Instruct students in dance and gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and floor routines.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the varying skill levels of students, ensuring each class is engaging and productive.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe training environment for all participants.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and teamwork among students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with gymnastics trends and teaching methods.
Skills
- Strong understanding of dance, ballet techniques and coaching methods.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching children, particularly in preschool settings.
- Proficiency in behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.

Pay: $14.18 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
