Right now we are specifically looking for a new LEAD Tutu Team Member for: Monday & Tuesday Evenings 4:15-6:30 PM in Strongsville, Sunday mornings in Akron, and other shifts opening soon. These shifts can grow with you! With our 2 locations and a 3rd coming next year, there are many additional growth opportunities available. Tutu School is a boutique ballet school, that provides creative dance education for children 6 months to 8 years-old. It’s a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies. We not only focus on age-appropriate motor skills, and the fundamental principles of ballet, but also exposure to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.

Qualifications
- Experience In Ballet - Minimum 5 Years
- Experience in Teaching - Minimum 2 Years
- Committed. Reliable. Organized. Energetic..
- Able to Creatively & Dynamically engage young children in a classroom setting
- Familiarity with Classroom Management & Child Development Concepts
- Familiarity with Lesson Planning - proficient at creating fresh activity ideas weekly which fit set curriculum guidelines.
- Excellent communication with both children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Teach - Lesson Plan and Lead Classes
- Opening/Closing
- Basic Customer Management & Retail checkout
- Communication & nurturing relationships with our families
- Attendance @ 2x Yearly Recital

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
