Competitive Gymnastics Coach

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and related sports, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. This role involves coaching gymnastic techniques, promoting physical fitness, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants.You will be working as a team with a former Olympian and will be participating in competitions. Additionally, if you are interested in operating gym programs, we will discuss some business aspects.

Duties

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual gymnasts.
• Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting techniques.
• Provide guidance on proper techniques to enhance performance while minimizing the risk of injury.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.
• Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Manage behavior effectively to maintain a focused training environment.
• Organize and lead warm-up exercises to prepare athletes for practice sessions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training activities.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to plan events, competitions, and showcases.

Requirements

• Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or related sports coaching is preferred.

Pay: $15.43 - $16.70 per hour
