The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business, and providing excellent customer service to our customer base.
Job Overview
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- answer customer calls, texts, and emails
- develop relationships and provide excellent customer service
- manage customer questions and complaints
- service recovery
Administrative
- enter data into business management software
- monitor inventory in warehouse and on trucks
- monitor fleet maintenance needs
Billing
- ensure billing accuracy
- answer customer billing questions
- monitor aging accounts receivable
Qualifications
Preferred
- Fluent in Spanish
- Previous pool industry experience
- Knowledge of Skimmer
Required
- Detailed-oriented
- Organized
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solver

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
