Summary
Coordinate and verify raw material movements to and from the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy meets divisional needs during the designated shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train inventory team to ensure accurate processing of manufacturing ingredients.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, including ingredient deliveries and returns.
- Responsible for closing work orders and verifying production completion
- Track material movements and verify lot numbers in the system.
- Maintain allergen control and containment (IOC) throughout the material handling process.
- Adhere to food safety protocols, including GMPs, SOPs, and allergen control procedures.
- Report suspicious activities and comply with HACCP guidelines where applicable.
Positional Accountabilities
- Maintain 100% adherence to recipe designs, GMPs, and SOPs.
- Track, verify, and adjust efficiencies using designated systems.
- Report and dispose of products put “on hold” or deemed waste.
- Update supervisor on workflow efficiencies and challenges, providing solutions when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year related experience or equivalent training.
- Language: Ability to communicate effectively in English.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory and spreadsheet software.
Physical Demands
- Regular standing, use of hands, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to cold, mechanical parts, and occasional wet or hazardous conditions.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise, frequent exposure to mechanical equipment and cold conditions.
