CK Snacks, a leading co-manufacturer of popcorn, extruded snacks, corn chips, tortilla chips, pellets, and private-label snacks across the USA, is experiencing exciting growth! Our recent acquisition of facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin sets the stage for continued momentum. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in CPG Sales: You have a proven track record of success in Consumer-Packaged Goods sales and are well-connected within the industry.
- Experience with Cross-functional teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Finance, Production, and Quality Control to drive company sales goals.
- Retailer Relationship Expertise: You’re skilled in managing relationships with national retailer partners, ensuring long-term business growth.
- Private Label Experience: Experience in private label or own-brand development is a huge plus.
- Co-manufacturing Knowledge: Experience with co-manufacturing is advantageous, and it’ll help you contribute quickly.
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills: You excel at communicating with internal teams and customers, and you are exceptionally organized.
- Snack Food/Food Industry Experience: You have experience in the food industry, and snack foods are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key national retailer accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive sales by expanding our customer base and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful product launches and co-manufacturing partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and track key performance indicators.
- Represent CK Snacks in client meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
