Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Sober Living Services, this individual will supervise children ages 16 years and younger. This individual will follow proper protocol for supervising children and will adhere to CKF’s policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for implementing structured activities for different age groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures relating to agency.
- Oversees the safety of children ages 16 years and younger.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary environment for children.
- Ensures a safe environment for children.
- Assists in creating an educational and fun environment for the children.
- Implements activities that are appropriate for the ages of children in the program.
- Maintains effective communication with parents/patients and CKF staff.
- Prepares and provide snacks to children if needed.
- Attends weekly supervision meetings with Director of Sober Living Services.
- Obtains and Maintains Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and First Aid Certification.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Some years of child care experience preferred, but not required.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
- Current valid Kansas Driver’s License.
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation required to be obtained within first 30 days of employment
