This is a full-time on-site role for a Concrete Forman at CL Construction, LLC located in Lincoln, NE. The Concrete Forman will be responsible for supervising concrete projects, operating heavy equipment, communicating effectively with team members, performing carpentry tasks, and ensuring maintenance of equipment and materials.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and Maintenance
- Proficiency in Carpentry work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in concrete construction is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
