Typical responsibilities associated with the position are : Read and review prescriptions; enter prescription data into the pharmacy filling systemInterpret medical abbreviationsTroubleshoot pharmacy orders from facilities to obtain missing informationRecord communication concerning orders within patient recordsMaintain electronic documentation related to orders within patient profilesProvide customer service to callers regarding ordersAssists with claim billing and adjudication to third party payersAt Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, we believe that our people are the key to our success.
