Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and track the performance of all digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, display ads, and content marketing.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with followers to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including design, copywriting, segmentation, and analysis of results.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling and high-quality digital content that aligns with the company’s brand messaging and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Create and manage landing pages for specific campaigns and track conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies, tools, and trends to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with lead generation and sales objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing digital trends.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
