This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews using platforms such as iCIMS and Lever.
- Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Facilitate employee evaluations by coordinating timelines and collecting feedback from managers.
- Administer employee benefits programs, providing assistance to employees regarding their options and addressing any inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR team members on affirmative action planning initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize ADP and Oracle systems for payroll processing and reporting as needed.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR support role is a plus but not required; internships will be considered.
- Familiarity with human capital management principles and practices.
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as ADP, Oracle, iCIMS, or Lever.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
