Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help onboard new employees by preparing documents, conducting orientation, and ensuring smooth integration into the company
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries about benefits, payroll, and company policies
- Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations
- Organize and maintain HR files, records, and documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
