The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR department. *Responsibilities* - Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Support benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and terminations - Aid in training and development initiatives for employees - Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes - Handle workers' compensation claims and related paperwork - Utilize HR systems such as iCIMS, Oracle, and Salesforce for data entry and reporting - Support succession planning activities within the organization - Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures *Skills* - Proficiency in HR software systems such as iCIMS, Oracle, and Salesforce - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels - Knowledge of human capital management principles - Experience in benefits administration is a plus - Familiarity with training development processes - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
