Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning results.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling practices are followed where applicable.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as needed during the cleaning process.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
