This role manages the team of IT business analysts that serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams. Ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the business stakeholders. Coordinates with other managers and leaders within IT and the firm to align the priorities and strategies of the technical projects. Mentors and develops the skills and competencies of the technical business analysts and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation. • Manages a team responsible for converting business requirements into unique design elements and configurations for the product, offering comprehensive specifications and usage scenarios.
• Oversees the delivery of high-quality functional specifications, designs, mock-ups, wireframes, business process maps, and accompanying documentation promptly for new development projects or amendments to existing software engineer tasks.
• Documents current business processes (As-Is) and envisages future states (To-Be), along with associated systems and applications.
• Partner with stakeholders about their plans to ensure successful outcomes.
