Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced emergency setting.
- Greet clients with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Assist with patient check-in, triage coordination, and discharge procedures.
- Clearly communicate hospital protocols, wait times, and financial policies to clients.
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and medical record updates.
- Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims.
- Maintain a calm and organized front desk, ensuring smooth hospital operations.
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and the entire emergency team to provide the best client experience.
- Previous experience in veterinary or medical reception preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle stressful or emotional situations with empathy.
- Proficiency in computer systems and medical records software (training provided).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
