This salary structure is based on the County’s 9-step pay scale.DescriptionThe Recompete Analyst is responsible for providing specialized administrative support by interpreting and communicating established policies, procedures, and regulations to internal and external stakeholders. Key duties include researching and summarizing technical information, managing federal grants and subawards in compliance with relevant laws, and maintaining accurate records across contracts, budgets, and legal documents. The role involves drafting and proofreading official documents, ensuring confidentiality, and handling sensitive communications. Additionally, the analyst prepares budget materials, identifies and corrects accounting discrepancies, and reports non-compliance issues. This position also requires attending meetings, maintaining schedules, and representing the organization at various functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient data management.
