Salary Information
The compensation for this position ranges from $6,495.75 [Starting Wage] to $7,914.46 [Top Wage] per month. This salary structure is based on the County’s 9-step pay scale.
Description
This role involves serving as a liaison among judges, attorneys, treatment providers, and other team members to establish and maintain program criteria and ensure effective communication and progress tracking. The manager will develop detailed participant action plans, provide active case management services, coordinate necessary documentation, and participate in court proceedings regularly. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, creating program literature, managing budgets, responding to public inquiries, training new team members, and ensuring compliance with grant proposals. The ideal candidate will continuously enhance the program by researching and implementing current trends and seeking expanded funding opportunities.
