Key Responsibilities :

Follow Company Processes : Perform inspections, assessments, and wildlife treatments to company standards.

Customer Communication and Education : Engage with clients to explain services, provide education, and address concerns.

Documentation and Payment Collection : Accurately document services, complete orders, and collect payments promptly.

Scheduling and Routing : Communicate with the office to manage schedule changes and ensure route completion.

Daily Check-In / Out : Coordinate with your supervisor to report progress and receive updates.

Vehicle Maintenance : Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of your vehicle.

Special Service Work : Conduct wildlife-specific projects with precision and efficiency.

Training and Mentoring : Support and guide new technicians to help them succeed.

Achieve KPIs : Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators to drive success.

Requirements :
