We are looking for a talented Bar Service Expert to join our team at Clancy's. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks using specialized equipment, such as cocktail shakers and pour spouts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain carbonated beverage dispensers, draught foam control devices, and other relevant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Transactions: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using touch screen monitors, database user interface and query software, internet browser software, and point-of-sale software.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and work well under pressure. Previous experience as a bartender or server is highly desirable.
