About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Beverage Specialist to join our team at Clancy's. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure seamless operation of point-of-sale systems, including cash registers, credit card processing machines, and bar code reader equipment.
- Maintenance and Calibration: Regularly maintain and calibrate carbonated beverage dispensers, draught foam control devices, electronic beer line maintenance equipment, refrigerated liquid recirculation equipment, and soda dispensers.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning and sanitizing commercial equipment, including blenders, graters, cutlery, dishwashers, juicers, mixers, strainers, and ice shaver machines.
- Drink Preparation: Pour and serve a variety of drinks, utilizing cocktail shakers, pour spouts, spirit measures, domestic mist or trigger sprayers, and non-carbonated beverage dispensers.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Transactions: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using touch screen monitors, database user interface and query software, internet browser software, and point-of-sale software.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and work well under pressure. Previous experience as a bartender or server is highly desirable.
