Clara Capital Servicing LLC is an established Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) direct lender and financial marketplace offering short, medium, and long-term capital solutions for small businesses nationwide. We are quickly growing and looking for Business Development – ISO Representative to join our team.
Salary, aggressive commission, residual income, and management growth potential. Business Development - ISO Representative will make $150,000-$300,000 in the first year
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal finalization, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ISO relationships with clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and excellent customer service.
- Deal Structuring: Analyze clients' financial needs and structure deals that align with their business goals and funding requirements.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize deals effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with underwriting to make sure deals are getting approved and funded
- Responsibility to meet sales goals & growth.

Qualifications:
ISO Representative MUST HAVE 2 years ISO experience required
