Classroom Case Manager ~ East Valley Academy

We are looking for two Case Manager's to join our East Valley Academy team, located in East Randolph, VT. This is an alternative school setting that combines curriculum-based instruction with intensive emotional / behavioral support, to maximize student engagement and success. The class sizes are very small, with significant one on one work and academic support to students. Essential Functions: -Provide emotional and behavioral support to students in an alternative school setting. -Follow behavioral & academic support plans to fortify educational & mental health needs. -Assist in the design and implementation of academic, social, and behavioral programming for each student and the classroom group. -Act as a mandated reporter when necessary and with the appropriate supervision. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or Education required. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, a matching 403b retirement plan.
