What are the responsibilities and job description for the Classroom Case Manager position at Clara Martin Center?
We have open positions for a Lead Classroom Case Manager and a Classroom Case Manager in East Valley Academy located in East Randolph, VT. This position will work in an alternative school setting where we combine curriculum-based instruction with intensive emotional / behavioral support, to maximize student engagement and success.
Essential Functions:
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students in an alternative school setting. Class sizes are very small, with significant one on one work and academic support to students.
- Embrace a non-traditional, student focused teaching style to help our students achieve their true potential.
- Follow behavioral & academic support plans to fortify educational & mental health needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or Education required.
