Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a regional Medical Care Manager at Clara Martin Center. The role involves managing day-to-day operations and coordination of medical services for clients, ensuring quality care delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare providers, assessing client needs, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. Travel to Randolph and Bradford offices is required and mileage is reimbursed.
Qualifications
- A licensed practical nurse is desired
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical service coordination and healthcare regulations
