Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and generating reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective promotion of products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles with a strong understanding of territory management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
