Title: E-Commerce Product Manager
Reports to: VP of Retail & E-Commerce

Clare V. is seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record of elevating e-commerce customer experiences to spearhead our online presence, driving innovation and optimizing our digital platform. As the leader of our E-Commerce customer experience, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategic site improvement roadmap, managing key vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless functionality across all digital touchpoints. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, creative vision, and collaborative leadership, as you work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional online journey for our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
- Leads the Clare V. E-Commerce customer experience, including site improvements roadmap creation & prioritization, vendor management, and any related performance metrics and reporting.
- Manages one direct report (UX Designer) and one external agency
- Owns the site experience roadmap to drive short and long-term improvements in partnership with UX Designer and external development agency
- Leverages customer insight and constantly monitors the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics to improve overall online business
- Researches new software and vendors; Manages selection, approval, implementation & testing for all site experience roadmap initiatives
- Manage third-party partners and technologies that power our site
- Ensure the website is ADA & CCPA compliant, including end user testing using relevant accessibility software across devices for all new website feature launches
- Partners with cross functional teams on special projects, such as a Loyalty program (with Marketing)
- Partners with site merchandising to ensure all shopping pathways are optimized on an ongoing basis
- Partners closely with retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all retail channels & serves as the liaison between Store & E-Commerce Operations as it relates to operational flows between systems.
- Leads site experience analysis (including performance of key site features and funnel KPIs) to understand behavior online, improve engagement and increase KPI performance
- Build strong cross functional relationships across Stores, E-Commerce, Planning, Marketing & Design
- Foster a growth mindset across the organization, providing data insights on the E-Commerce business as needed to gain buy in on new features, changes and overall site improvements
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in a hands-on E-Commerce role in a retail environment
- 5 years of overall work experience in a related field
- Experience with E-Commerce technologies including platforms, payments, inventory management, and integrations to supporting systems
- Previous experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tactics preferred
- Ability to make high level strategic proposals and also perform individual work and in-depth analysis
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Motivated and strategic, but also able to be analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills; Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
