Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the President/COO, the Executive Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with upper management and contribute to the company's continued growth and success. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars for office and executive staff, ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Coordinating and managing executive meetings and corporate events to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Administering the company website, keeping our online presence engaging and up to date.
- Providing marketing support and preparing materials for events and sponsorships, showcasing our brand.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for all executive staff, ensuring hassle-free journeys.
- Coordinating approvals for the construction of developing properties, contributing to our expansion.
- Managing executive subscriptions, keeping our leaders informed and connected.
- Establishing rapport and acting as a liaison between Claremont communities and the corporate office, strengthening our internal network.
- Providing administrative support to all departments within the corporate office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Reviewing and approving monthly utility bills and invoices for all properties and the corporate office/CEO, maintaining financial accuracy.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
