What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager position at Clarience Technologies?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with the marketing department to ensure social media strategies align with branding and messaging objectives
- Conducts research to align type and placement of online content with customer base
- Has extensive knowledge of social networks and online marketing strategies
- Advocates for the company on blogs and in other social media spaces
- Develops benchmarks for assessing social media campaign success, and regularly analyzes, reviews, and reports on strategies
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):
- Bachelor’s degree, Communication and/or Public Relations preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):
- At least 6 years in a social media managing
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
- Performs complex tasks typically following established processes
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions
- Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
