Important Note:
This role requires local residency to Mid West Michigan for in-person training (minimum of 2 weeks) and occasional in-person requirements such as team meetings, photoshoots, and content days. After the training period, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule.
About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring client success and supporting the growth of PLTFRM Social. This is a multifaceted position, requiring you to manage client accounts, create content, interact with clients, organize schedules, and collaborate directly with the owner. We need someone who’s organized, adaptable, and ready to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
- Client Account Management: Oversee client social media accounts, ensuring content is created, scheduled, and optimized for success.
- Content Creation & Editing: Use tools like Canva and CapCut to design eye-catching visuals and videos.
- Client Interaction: Manage emails, schedule meetings via Acuity, and foster strong relationships with clients.
- Organizational Excellence: Keep projects on track using platforms like Notion and Squarespace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the owner and team to handle both company and client needs.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges with innovative, results-driven solutions.
- Occasional In-Person Work: Attend team meetings and assist with on-site photoshoots and content creation days.
What We're Looking For:
- Location: Local candidates only, with availability for in-person training and occasional meetings/photoshoots.
- Experience: Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Notion, Squarespace, and Acuity Scheduling. Experience with content editing is a bonus.
