Now Hiring: Illinois LBS1 Specialist – Early Childhood Education
Clarifi Staffing Solutions seeks a passionate and qualified Special Education Teacher to support young learners in a nurturing and inclusive classroom setting for the upcoming school year! In this role, you will collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, therapists, and educators to create a structured learning environment that fosters student growth and independence.
You will develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's developmental and learning needs, using play-based strategies and age-appropriate practices to promote progress in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical areas. By continuously assessing student development, contributing to IEP meetings, and adapting instructional methods, you will help ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Your classroom will be a supportive space where students with varying abilities can thrive through positive behavior reinforcement and effective classroom management.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and behavior management strategies.
