The role :
As Senior Manager, Digital Education, your mission is to spearhead innovative content that empowers learners of all backgrounds to thrive in the digital age. Through accessible digital initiatives, you’ll be responsible for crafting transformative educational experiences and fostering a community of lifelong learners.
What you’ll do :
In an environment where expertise is key, the Senior Manager, Digital Education plays a crucial role in executing the “train the trainer” program, ensuring Sales & Education Executives not only gain comprehensive knowledge but also develop effective training skills. Nurturing executives this way is essential for solidifying CLARINS as the authority in beauty education, with the Senior Manager empowering the team to lead confidently across all channels, aligning digital strategies with training initiatives to maximize impact.
- Creative Development : Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, captivating videos, and visually stunning presentations, incorporating best practices in adult learning theory and creative design principles.
- Learning Materials Production : Produce informative and visually appealing learning guides, flipbooks, and other educational materials tailored for various audiences.
- Global Collaboration on e-learning platform : Coordinate with Director of Education and global office to align e-learning efforts with local education strategy, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation in educational initiatives.
- Effective Communication and Engagement : Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to increase learner engagement, including managing weekly newsletters.
- Engagement Rate : Monitor interaction on the e-learning system and participation in courses, track improvements in learner’s skills through assessments.
