Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
- Monitor production status and make necessary adjustments to schedules.
- Communicate effectively with the Shipping and Inside Sales Team regarding production status and delivery dates.
- Identify and implement areas for process improvement.
- Ensure the availability of products and inventory to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, supervision, and shop floor personnel to optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in a production environment is essential.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable.
- Work or military experience will be recognized in lieu of education.
Compensation
$30,000 - $40,000 per year, based on experience.
