- Compensation: $19-$24/hour based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to department managers
- Call on past due accounts
- Process Wells Fargo transactions
- Make cash and check deposits for branch
- Make collection calls and ensure payments are collected timely
- Invoicing new and existing customers on completed jobs
- Follow up with clients on past due invoices, file liens for past due invoices
- Assist in making sure invoices are accurate and completed
- Other administrative duties as assigned
What we need:
- 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Detail oriented and motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- relationship-building skills with our branches and vendor
