Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must be able to pass drug screen and background checkResponsibilities : Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Sell HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical work to new and existing customers by building and maintaining customer relationships. Conduct sales visits offering commercial services, emphasizing or recommending services based on knowledge of customer needs. Educate customers on best replacement options for aging, inefficient, or under-performing systems or project needs. Communicate effectively between co-workers, vendors, and clients. Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
