We are currently looking for a reliable, versatile, courteous, hospitable and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in the heart of Maggie Valley.
Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills and strive to produce solid guest satisfaction ratings. This position offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate who is seeking to excel at a hotel with a solid reputation for outstanding customer service.
The right candidates must possess a friendly, courteous demeanor to all guests and fellow team members. Strive to deliver a “wow” factor of hospitality to all guests. Being the first face guests see upon arrival and when departing, a consistent professional appearance is a must. Zero tolerance on tardiness and no call no shows. Some of our greatest employees have been with us for over fifteen years and we encourage candidates looking for a long term position to apply.
Candidates must be able to work some weekends, multi-task and deal with a fast paced/high call volume environment. Basic computer and internet knowledge is a MUST. This position may start out as 2-4 days per week and possibly work into 5 or more days per week. Position may require AM and PM shifts as well as weekends. Reliable transportation to and from work is a REQUIREMENT.
