As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
