Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our team.. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving meals and providing excellent guest service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. Your contributions will enhance our guests' experiences and support our mission of outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
