Front Desk Associates require exceptional customer service skills. They are the first impression for the hotel, whether by phone or in person. A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role.
Check in/Check out
- Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests
- Promote and sell special hotel programs and upgrades when appropriate.
- Accepts payment for guests’ reservations at time of registration and check out
- Follow set procedures on posting charges and completing guest refunds.
- Goes above and beyond to exceed guest expectations to create a memorable guest experience
Daily Duties
- Completes daily checklist and tasks
- Maintains accurate records of room availability
- Maintains house bank
- Must help keep front desk and all Colleague areas clean
- Maintains discretion and security for the Hotel and our guests
- Reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor.
- Acts with responsibility towards all company property, supplies and equipment.
- Maintains a professional attitude and appearance
- Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
- Overnight Shift (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple locations
