About the Role
We are looking for Vice President Sales for our US operations. This role report to COO/ Country Head USA. In this high impact role, you will enable the success of Clarion’s aggressive growth plans by acquiring new customers in US/ Canada markets. You will lead, coach and develop a high-impact team of Direct Marketing Sales Professionals and set up a Sales Partner channel as well. If you are passionate about B2B sales in cutting edge software& digital solutions and love to understand and solve customer pain areas and work collaboratively with cross functional teams, this is the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)
- Develop a high performing Inside Sales team for acquiring new customers in USl markets.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales team and higher management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Drive lead generation.
- Drive sales closures.
- Hire, develop and retain top talent.
- Develop and lead Sales Partner Channel.
- Ensure efficient utilization of CRM tool for end-to-end Sales process, tracking and reporting.
- Develop new and innovative channels for generating sales leads.
What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)
- 15 years of experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head or in Senior Sales Role.
- Excellent Sales Management skills.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strong in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent leadership skills with strong coaching, training and development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to learn & grasp new areas.
- Flexible, Open to new ideas & willing to adapt.
