A practice manager at Clarity Clinic is a professional who oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the facility's healthcare practice. Location Options: We are hiring Practice Managers at the following two locations:
- Clarity Clinic River North: 1 E Superior St #306, Chicago, IL 60611
- Clarity Clinic Loop: 333 N. Michigan Avenue, Ste 1400, Chicago, Illinois 60601
In this role, you will:

Directs, supervises, and coordinates activities of clinic locations to ensure consistency across the sites.

Assists in the selection, employment and management of clinic employees.

Reviews and interprets operational problems/policies. Resolves problems and recommends changes.

Create and maintain staff schedules.

Utilization of facilities supplies and staff effectively.
-
Responsible for ensuring a full staff at each location.

Supports Director of Operations in developing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures towards organizational goals.

Facilitate interdepartmental communication to promote collaboration and delivery of high-quality patient care.

Assist in development and implementation of new programs and service lines.

Collaborate with supervising physician to evaluate clinical staff.

Stay updated on and comply with all state and federal regulations including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA.

Stepping in to assist staff and team with tasks as needed.

Identifying and addressing operational challenges

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager, preferably in healthcare.

Exposure to payroll practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

Fantastic organizational and time management skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Experience with full life-cycle of employee interactions: Hiring to Separation.

Highly computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, EMR Software

Qualifications
