Clarity Clinic is a 5-location interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric PA's, Psychologist (Post Docs), and Therapists. Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care. We are seeking to add Clinical Therapists (LSW/LPC) to our team of highly skilled clinicians.
Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offers the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness and a balanced personal and professional lifestyle. This multi-disciplinary approach allows us to provide holistic care in psychiatry, psychotherapy and much more. What are we looking for?
- Provides and documents the provision of services, assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
- Participates in internal consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization
- Participates in multidisciplinary groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices and developing or updating programs and business processes
- Provides clinical services required by special programs and projects
- Meets defined individual and department goals, activity metrics and Key Performance Indicators
- Promotes, supports and demonstrates Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day to day basis
Experience:
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 1-2 years prior experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Social worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial:
- Family-focused therapy
- Multi-systemic therapy
- CBT | DBT | ACT
- EMDR (must be certified)
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
Education:
- Masters (Required)
