Our client, a leader in the luxury fashion industry, is undergoing an exciting transformation within their executive team. With a renewed vision to strengthen their brand-building capabilities and foster a consumer-centric mindset across the organization, they are seeking a Learning Strategist/Instructional Designer Consultant to spearhead the creation of a Training Academy for corporate employees.
In this role, you will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the company's evolving vision. You will bring a strong instructional design perspective to shape engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: TBD, long-term, ongoing engagement
Working Hours: Flexible; start with 15-20 hours per week, with fluctuations based on project needs.
Location: Primarily virtual, but onsite presence required in midtown Manhattan for critical meetings and working sessions.
Experience Required:
The pay range for this project is $70.00 to $80.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

- Leveraging existing content while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop new training materials.
- Creating blended learning solutions, with an initial focus on instructor-led training.
- Providing expert recommendations on learning best practices and modern instructional design methodologies.
