What are the responsibilities and job description for the Learning Strategist (Onboarding Program) - 100% Virtual position at Clarity Consultants?
We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Learning Strategist to help reimagine their onboarding for the payroll and benefit operations groups. The current training consists of 30 full days of instructor-managed eLearning components that need improvement. Throughout this project, you will analyze existing content, engage with multiple stakeholders, and provide recommendations for a more effective and engaging onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current Payroll and Benefits onboarding training.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather insights and identify gaps.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for redesigning the onboarding experience.
- Provide recommendations on optimal learning modalities (ILT, eLearning, blended, vILT).

Experience Required:
- Senior-level Learning Strategist with a strong background in corporate training transformation.
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience creating onboarding programs with a focus on improving engagement and effectiveness.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management experience is preferred but not required.
