What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Support Lead position at Clarity Consultants?
We are seeking a Project Support Lead with exceptional organizational and communication skills to support two Project Managers on technical training projects. This role demands proficiency in MS SharePoint, MS Project, and the MS 365 suite, with an emphasis on Excel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player. Experience in the upstream oil and gas or energy sectors is highly desirable.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Project Managers to facilitate smooth project coordination, ensure accurate reporting, and support administrative processes. Your contributions will include maintaining project documentation, preparing notional schedules, streamlining workflows, and fostering effective team communication to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date project records and documentation.
- Support efficient workflows through clear and accurate reporting and data management.
- Prepare and manage notional schedules to support project planning.
- Actively contribute to team collaboration and maintain effective communication channels.
- Assist Project Managers in driving project progress and achieving key milestones and deliverables.

Hours : 9 to 10 hours per week (primarily during standard business hours)

The pay range for this is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
