Security Project ManagerThe Security Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and completion of Access Control / Video
Surveillance / Intrusion
Projects to the highest quality standards and client satisfaction. Strong initiative and a sense of ownership will be required to ensure that your projects are completed on time and on budget. The Security Project Manager will oversee all technicians and materials assigned to their project including task assignments, technician training, and quality control. This person must always possess the ability to interact with Co-Workers, Customers, and End Users in a professional and courteous manner.ResponsibilitiesActs as single point of responsibility and accountability for their projects.Coordinate with Sales and Engineering team for initial project turnover including review of all project documents, drawings, scope of work, and construction schedule.Create and manage project timelines and schedules for each project to ensure completion within budget and to customer satisfaction.Facilitate internal kick-off meeting with Project Foreman and Lead TechniciansCreate material purchase orders and monitor equipment shipments.Oversee in-house system staging and equipment testing before shipping equipment to site.Monitor and update daily task list to keep customer and management updated on project progress.Facilitate Sub-Contract labor when applicableRegularly inspect quality of work performed by Internal Technicians and subcontractorsEnsure all systems are installed per original design and operate as intended.Coordinate the development and delivery of documentation including submittals equipment manuals, training materials, and as-built drawings, programming files, test results, and close-out documentationCoordinate and / or provide Client TrainingOut of State travel to various job sites requiredMust be dependable and punctualQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Project Manager in a commercial construction settingAbility to supervise multiple teams of Technicians and Sub-contractors when requiredAbility to multi-task and effectively manage multiple projects in the same time frameStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read architectural prints, low voltage wiring diagrams, project schedules and other technical construction documentsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Outlook)Understanding of project financials including revenue, budget, profit marginsWorking knowledge of CAD software (Autocad, Bluebeam, Visio)Excellent time management and organizational skillsCertification strongly preferredIndustry certifications strongly preferredMust have the ability to pass a background checkMust have a valid driver’s license with clean driving recordJob Type : Full TimeRequired Travel : 30�nefits : Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffCompany Description Clarity ITS, LLC is dedicated to provide commercial clients a dedicated turnkey solution for their business technology needs.
