Clarity Partners is seeking an EAM Support Supervisor local to Chicago, IL. This person is responsible for coordinating daily operations and overseeing task distribution within the client, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to workflows. This role involves developing and executing Quality Control test plans, UI setup for large deployments, and system enhancements like managing commodity codes and contract updates. Additionally, the supervisor leads training, creates user guides, and supports strategic planning to optimize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This position will report in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the efficient assignment and prioritization of incoming requests, ensuring that tasks are allocated appropriately across teams for timely completion.
- Supervise the daily operational workflows, ensuring the seamless execution of tasks, maintaining consistency in process adherence, and addressing any operational roadblocks that may arise.
- Design and implement detailed test plans for Quality Control, including performing rigorous testing on newly developed workflows to identify issues and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of system processes.
- Lead the configuration and setup of the user interface for significant EAM system deployments, ensuring that all UI components are tailored to the needs of the end-users and provide a user-friendly experience.
- Manage user accounts by adding new users, deactivating inactive accounts, and creating appropriate user groups to ensure proper system access and security.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for employees and internal EAM users, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are proficient in using the system and adhering to best practices for data management and system operations.
- Develop and update Quick Reference Guides that provide clear, concise instructions for users to navigate and utilize the EAM system effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed reporting requirements, ensuring that all necessary data is captured, and reports are tailored to meet operational and strategic needs.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of EAM software, including user interface configuration, data management, and system optimization.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans for new workflows and system enhancements.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient daily operations and timely project delivery.
- Experience creating training materials (QRGs) and conducting user training sessions.
- Ability to gather reporting requirements and manage system data, including user groups and commodity codes.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data extraction, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with experience leading teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Salary Range:
- $80,000 - $130,000
