POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Management Intern is responsible for supporting the needs of services and solutions for sophisticated B2B operations through our technology, distribution, and delivering customized & exceptional partner service. This role will have the opportunity to partner with some of the largest Entertainment, Senior Living, Healthcare, Casino and Hospitality partners in the world, as well as distinguished Colleges and Universities. The Account Manager Intern is responsible for maintaining relationships with these clients, identifying opportunities to grow sales, and fostering partnerships. An ideal candidate is a hard-working and highly motivated professional; food service industry experience is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work diligently with account managers on questions and projects
- Assist with building quotes, order guides and project lists
- Perform market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on addressing order / item issues
- Coordinate samples to partners
- Assist with new user setup
- Assist in the creation of marketing and branding elements for client sites, including banner ads, promotional marketing campaigns, and custom themes, to align with each brand’s personality
- Perform partners analysis through weekly and monthly reports using a mix of in-house platforms to help uncover areas for growth.
- Special projects as needed
- In depth analysis of accounts to identify opportunities
