POSITION SUMMARY
This is a dual role responsible for assisting both the development of Turnkey construction projects as well as effectively project managing, supporting field personnel, building project schedules, executing accurate bid proposals and effectively leading project execution.

SALES DEVELOPMENT
Evaluates site conditions and develop construction scope of work
Prepares budgetary pricing through final pricing for construction bids
Leads project meetings with client during the design phase of the projects
Collaborates with Sales Team Members on proposals and client strategies
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Develops and maintains strong relationships with subcontractor networks
Understands, navigates, self-educates on existing / new local building codes
Stays up to dates with new building products and improvements in construction
Descopes subcontractors to confirm their estimates fall within defined project scope
Performs the buy-out from construction trades based on agreed internal Turnkey strategies
Leads Precon activities to ensure team alignment prior to any work being started on job sites
Provides on-going support for Turnkey Site Superintendents through duration of projects
Develops and ensures construction schedule alignments with client and site Superintendents
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial Construction
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD preferred but not required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts and conditions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change and address difficult situations with diplomacy
Customer service-oriented attitude with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
